    A 19-year-old North Bendigo woman is in police custody after a fatal hit-and-run in northern Victoria overnight.Bendigo's criminal investigation unit took the woman into custody following the death of a 45-year-old female, found on the side of a major highway on Sunday morning. Investigators on scene along the Midland Highway, Huntly.
